Hi All,
We have placed the order on 11th November 2020 whilst my other half was under medical concern. After several reminders and promises from their support team it is still told that it can only be delivered by end of March 2021 still tentatively.
Don’t believe a word their team states and would not recommend any one due to their support team incompetence.

Horrible i wouldn't give them any review worst customer service you don't get any solution they just do the same troubleshooting every time and never get back after all the troubleshooting is done and later what they do they'll close your ticket later you'll have reach back to them and they'll do the same troubleshooting steps and go back and forth

Rotimatic has made our cooking experience 100% faster and we have made 5000+ rotis in past two years! The machine has not required any maintenance and has become an integral part of our kitchen
Buying Rotimatic has been a wise decision. We get to relish fresh rotis everyday! I had an issue while connecting my machine with the wifi but, the customer support was quick to respond and help out! It’s such a relief for me to not worry about rolling out rotis and have them freshly served on a click of few buttons!
I absolutely loved this product.If you want to have homemade style roti then look no further than this product.This product is best to get homestyle rotis by putting minimum efforts ad time also it retains the nutritive value of the roti.It is a must buy.I will highly recommend it.Thank you!
I had an issue over the weekend late night and Irvin from rotimatic customer care was fantastic in terms of prompt responses and also got into a video call to help with my issue. I had some guest at home and we were raving about how good the product is and how much effort it saves us, but as soon we switched it on, I had some errors. Irvin was on top of it and helped us resolve quickly and save embarrassment for us. My guests also thought how come the service can be that good coz they have read only negative reviews. I am also seeing this change in Rotimatic now that the customer centricity is there. Keep up the good work and hope this kind of service continues.
Rotimatic has been a boon overall. Getting fresh rotis for me and family with minimal effort on our side is a big help. Have been using it since Sept 2020. Couple of things we found a little inconvenient- the initial wifi setup(it runs on 2.4 Ghz and the router should be close to it at least for the initial setup) and the amount of noise it makes while running. One time we had a major problem that the Rotimatic was not starting at all after turning on. Not sure what the root cause but could have been me improperly switching between flours (Aata to Bajra). Luckily we were in warranty so Zimplistic replaced our refurbished Rotimatic without any charges . In general, the support team has been quite helpful in troubleshooting Wifi issues or other Rotimatic startup issues. Nowadays I almost always get all proper rotis. On rare occasions I get 1-2 small doughnut like roti or folded roti but the company provides some tips on how to avoid the same.
Great and durable machine. The customer service is great like cherry on the top. Best product and people too. Its a great blessing to have them. Keep up the good and dependable work.
